The Dolder Grand in Zurich, known for its renowned guest list, is making a groundbreaking change in its housekeeping service:

As the first hotel in the 5-star segment in Switzerland to opt for an AI-based cleaning robot has decided, the Dolder Grand demonstrates a progressive and future-oriented attitude. With different housekeeping teams looking after various areas of the hotel, the cleaning robot makes it possible CC1 employees more freedom to concentrate more on the guests.  

The choice for innovative robotics was a conscious and solution-oriented choice to improve working conditions and not a temporary solution. Sebotics supported the hotel in finding a result that offers real added value.

The use of advanced robot technology does not destroy jobs, but enables the employees to devote their skills and personalities entirely to the guest. 

Housekeeping employees benefit from the relief provided by the cleaning robot and can strengthen their role as hosts.
