Goebel's Hotel Rodenberg
Göbel's Hotel Rodenberg is situated in the beautiful Fulda Valley and offers not only breathtaking views but also a stylish ambiance. Naturally, the hotel leaves nothing to be desired – including for its staff. Since December 2021, the service team has been supported by a Mars service robot. This robot now handles the route between the kitchen and the dining area. In this way, management offers its employees more attractive working conditions: fewer steps per day and less heavy lifting.
The staff affectionately call their service robot "Werner". He has been a fully integrated member of the Göbel's Hotel Rodenberg family from day one and has become indispensable ever since.
Brasserie in the Swiss Museum of Transport
The brasserie at the Swiss Museum of Transport is located right next to the café-bar near the main entrance of the museum in Lucerne. It is operated by the ZFV-Unternehmungen cooperative. In keeping with the innovative style of the museum, the staff has been supported by their newest team member since October.
In addition to the support in the brasserie in the Swiss Museum of Transport, "Werni" was allowed to help out at a number of events in the Swiss Museum of Transport. These include the Central Switzerland Digital Day, the RedBull film premiere by Marco Odermatt and Loic Meillard and the “Night at the Museum” event.
Restaurant Andulino Ebikon
The Andulino restaurant in Ebikon is located at the main entrance of the Mall of Switzerland and is very popular with shoppers. Visitor numbers at the shopping center and its adjoining cinema vary considerably from day to day. Therefore, the restaurant owner was looking for a reliable helper who would always be available. He found this in our service robot, which the entire team now calls "Mia".
According to the owner, thanks to the time gained and the noticeably more relaxed working conditions, the guests feel visibly more comfortable and the employees are exposed to less strain and stress.
Doppio Gusto restaurant
The Italian restaurant "Doppio Gusto" has quickly become one of the best and most popular Italian restaurants in Pfäffikon SZ since 2012. To meet the needs of its many guests while maintaining high-quality, guest-oriented service, our serving robot joined the team at the end of 2022. It relieves the service staff of heavy loads by carrying heavy dishes, thus taking over long distances and heavy lifting for its employees.
